Tahlia Farm Distillery and Tasting Room is a passion project by the Burger Family, nestled snugly between Montagu and Barrydale. Inspired by the diverse properties of the Prickly Pear plant, they have created a unique range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic gins and vodkas. By infusing traditional spirits with Prickly Pear cactus leaf and fruit, Tahlia adds a distinct twist to classic gin and vodka, offering a very distinct taste.
